M.Tech Bioengineering Spot Admission
The Department of Bioscience and Engineering at National Institute of Technology, Calicut Kerala is conducting a spot admission for M.Tech Bioengineering programme on 5-8-2024 from 9:00 AM at BSED.
This is an exciting opportunity for students which will offer the possibility to obtain a dual-degree, M.Tech Bioengineering from NITC and MS Biomedical Engineering from University Northern Texas (UNT), USA through the credit-transfer program which is completely optional.
With this option, the student will spend the first year at NITC learn relevant courses and earn credits. Based on the earned credits, overall CGPA (>7.0) and qualification of TOEFL examination, the student can spend the second year at UNT, USA with additional fee payment and obtain the additional degree MS Biomedical engineering from UNT, USA. However, this dual-degree programme is completely optional (not mandatory) where students not opting for dual-degree programme will get the M.Tech Bioengineering degree from NITC after 2 years.
The spot admission process involves a written test followed by a personal interview.
