  • Documents Required:
    Self-attested copies of the following documents must be submitted along with the
    application form:
    o Semester-wise Grade Cards
    o Consolidated Grade Card
    o Original Degree Certificate

  • Transcript Fees:


       For Alumni
          Primary Copy: Rs. 5000 + GST (18%GST applicable only for alumni)
          Additional Copy: Rs. 500 + GST (18%GST applicable only for alumni)


       For Ongoing Students
          Primary Copy: Rs. 5000
          Additional Copy: Rs. 500

  • Window Period:
    Candidates applying for transcripts within one year from the date of issuance of the initial copy are required to pay only the fee for the additional copy i.e. Rs. 500 per copy (GST applicable only for alumni)

          Application Form for Additional Transcript Copy Only

  • The fee must be remitted through the SBI Collect portal under the payment category "Transcript Fee".Applicants are requested to send the fee receipt obtained from SBI Collect along with the other required documents.

  • If transcripts are to be sent abroad, postal charges of Rs. 1600/- must be remitted under the payment category "Postal charges for out of India".

  • Processing Time:
    A minimum of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of the complete application, including payment and all required documents.
    Any discrepancies or mismatches in the submitted documents may result in further delays.

  • B Tech/B Arch graduates can sent their application to:
