• Please send attested copies (attested by a Govt. Gazetted officer/ Consular official/ counter signed by a notary ) of grade cards , consolidated grade card and degree certificate.

  • A fees of Rs.500.00 for the first copy and Rs. 100.00 for every additional copy may be sent.

  • The fees can be remitted in the sbicollect portal under Payment category "Transcript Fee"
    Reference no, Amount Paid, Date of Payment to be mentioned on the application

  • If additional copies only required, a fees of Rs.100.00 for every additional copy need be sent.

  • If the Transcripts are to be sent abroad, postal charges at the rate of Rs 1600/- is to remitted in payment category "Postal charges for out of India" in sbicollect

  • The request with the mark lists and fees may be submitted to

  • Process time: Minimum 4 weeks after receipt of application and fee with all attachments/hard copy. In case of mismatch in documents, the issue of transcript will be further delayed.
