4-Year Integrated Teacher Education Program (ITEP) B.Sc.- B.Ed.
National Institute of Technology Calicut (NITC) is pleased to announce the admission to Four-Year Integrated Teacher Education Program (ITEP), B.Sc. - B.Ed. for the academic session 2025-2026. This innovative program, in compliance with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, aims to prepare highly qualified and multidisciplinary teachers for the Indian education system. The B.Sc. - B.Ed. integrated course offers a unique opportunity for aspiring educators to gain comprehensive knowledge in their chosen science discipline along with professional pedagogical skills, all within a four-year duration. B.Sc-B.Ed (Secondary level) being offered with Majors in three different disciplines namely Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Options to exit with a three-year B.Sc degree in Physics, Chemistry or Mathematics depending on the choice of Major in the first semester itself is also available.
