    A gift from NITC Alumni Association

    Distinguished members of the 40,000 strong alumni community of CREC/NITC now hold high positions in the industry and academia across the globe and continue to do the institute proud. As members of the National Institute of Technology Calicut Alumni Association ( NITCAA ), they are always enthusiastic to contribute to the growth of their alma mater. NITCAA has 18 chapters – 11 in India and 7 abroad. The office of the Dean of International, Alumni and Corporate Relations (IACR) works in close association with NITCAA to foster the alumni-institute bond. While alumni have set up various infrastructure projects in the campus and nitiatives such as the Silver Jubilee Endowment Trust (SJET), NITC Alumni Mentoring Program (NITCAMP) etc. for the benefit of the students and society, the institute takes pride in hosting the Silver Jubilee and Golden Jubilee reunions of past batches every year. Alumni share their experiences and thoughts with the students periodically via the Distinguished Alumni Lecture Series.
