Yoga Utsav '24
Centre for Yoga and Holistic Wellness (CYHW), NIT Calicut organised Yoga Utsav '24. Prof. Prasad Krishna, Director of the Institute, inaugurated the event. Prof. Kasthurba A K, Chairperson of CYHW was also present.
CYHW organised a poster exhibition and yoga demonstrations as part of the event. The poster exhibition titled 'All about Yoga' helped the students know more about Yoga. Live Yoga Tableau by students and Mindfulness classes were also part of the programme.
Demonstration of advanced yoga postures by Acharya Unniraman Master, director of Patanjali Yoga Centre, Kozhikode, led the sessions.
