Two-Day Workshop on Sustainability Education at NIT Calicut
The Centre for Sustainable Technologies (CST) and the Centre for Quality Assurance and Enhancement (CQAE), in association with INTECSOL, successfully organized a two-day workshop titled "Imparting Sustainability Education Program for the Leadership Team" on July 25–26, 2025, at the Vimarsh Conference Room, Admin Block B, NIT Calicut.
Workshop Facilitator: Earthood
This impactful workshop was designed to enhance the understanding and integration of sustainability practices within institutional leadership. It featured comprehensive sessions on:
- Global Sustainability Frameworks
- Environmental Sustainability & Climate Action
- Social Responsibility & Inclusion
- Governance, Policy & Institutional Strategy
- Technology, Innovation & Research in Sustainability
- Implementation & Action Planning
The workshop concluded with a campus visit and interactive session, encouraging collaborative dialogue and the development of actionable strategies for embedding sustainability into core institutional functions.
