Strengthening Academic Collaboration with Ibaraki University, Japan
NIT Calicut was delighted to welcome Dr. Nobuyuki Umezu and Dr. Masaki Seo, Associate Professors from Ibaraki University, Japan.
The visit provided a valuable platform to strengthen the academic relationship between NIT Calicut and Ibaraki University and explore new opportunities for meaningful international collaboration.Dr. Umezu’s areas of expertise include Image Processing, Visualization, Human–Machine Interface, and Media Art, while Dr. Seo specialises in Japanese Language Education and Educational Sociology.
During their visit, the faculty members also met with the Director, NIT Calicut, and engaged in discussions on academic exchange, knowledge sharing, and potential collaborative initiatives.NIT Calicut looks forward to building upon this engagement and fostering new opportunities for faculty and student collaboration, academic exchange, and joint initiatives.
