Ragam 23 concludes at NIT Calicut

Ragam '23 ,the annual cultural fest of National Institute of Technology, Calicut, concluded with the enthusiastic participation of students from all over the country in various exhilarating events and workshops.

The third day witnessed dance competitions like 'Taal Se Taal Mila' , a fusion of contemporary
pop and classical dance, bharatanatyam and oppana as well as various interesting events such as face to face, a face painting competition, mehendi, and salt and pepper, a cooking competition.


The hijabi freestyle footballer Hadiya and the renowned sufi band, Swasti were the other moving sensations on the third day. Musical programmes like Alfaz, western solo, rap battles and string solo mesmerized the audience. Various tournaments like Rubik's cube challenge, dart challenge and retro gaming stations, adventurous games such as VR gaming, paintball, glow football and foam football were also conducted .The violin show by passionate violin enthusiast Mr Dhananjay was another major attraction of the day. Ragam'23 also witnessed an overflow of young talents for the drama and street play competitions. Ragam' 23 came to an end with an electrifying performance by Amit Trivedi, music composer, singer and lyricist in Bollywood and the grooving beats from one of Kerala's most sensational bands, Avial.
