Olympic Day Celebration 2025 at NITC Shuttle Badminton Tournament Unites Campus in Sporting Spirit
In celebration of Olympic Day 2025 on June 23, 2025, the Centre for Student Activities and Sports (CSAS) at NIT Calicut organized an exciting Shuttle Badminton Tournament for the NITC fraternity. The event featured Men’s Doubles, Women’s Doubles, and Mixed Doubles categories, encouraging active participation from students, faculty, and staff.
The tournament witnessed spirited performances and enthusiastic support, fostering a sense of camaraderie and sportsmanship across the campus. The prize distribution ceremony was graced by Prof. Satyananda Panda, Dean of Student Welfare, who congratulated the winners and appreciated the participants for embracing the Olympic values of excellence, friendship, and respect.
