OJAS Gymnasium Inaugurated at NIT Calicut
The OJAS Gymnasium, established at the A Hostel premises of the National Institute of Technology Calicut (NIT Calicut) for first-year students, was inaugurated by Prof. Prasad Krishna, Director, NIT Calicut.
The inauguration ceremony was held in the presence of the Deans, Chairperson of the Council of Wardens, Wardens, faculty members, and students of the Institute.
The newly established gymnasium provides first-year students with a dedicated facility to engage in regular physical activity and fitness practices. The initiative is aimed at promoting fitness, health, and overall well-being, while encouraging students to adopt an active and healthy lifestyle as part of their campus experience.
The facility further strengthens the student support and wellness infrastructure at NIT Calicut, contributing to a healthy and vibrant campus environment.
