NITC organized the celebrations of the National Youth Day
NITC organized the celebrations of the National Youth Day in association with The Vivekananda Study Circle, Centre for Indian Knowledge Systems and the Office of Dean - Students Welfare on 11th January 2025 to commemorate the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda.
Prof. Prasad Krishna, Director NITC presided over the function. The welcome address was given by Dr. R. Sridharan (Professor, MED and Chairperson, Vivekananda Study Circle, NITC). Prof. Chakravarty Balaji, Institute Chair Professor of Mechanical Engineering at IIT Madras, delivered an expert lecture at the event. The event also witnessed the inauguration of the Collection of Books on Swami Vivekananda and Indian Philosophy (Books sponsored by City Union Bank, Calicut).
