Leadership training by Centre for Holistic Teaching and Learning
The Centre for Holistic Teaching and Learning (CHTL) organized a one-day leadership training workshop for the young faculty members of our institute on 14th May 2025. The resource persons for the workshop were selected NITC faculty members who had previously attended the National Futuristic Leadership Programme (NFLP).
The training was led by Dr. V. Sivasubramanian, Dr. Ashutosh Mishra, Dr. Vrinda Varma, Dr. Nitya M., Dr. Jay Prakash, Dr. Fathima Fasmin, Dr. Lintu Rajan, and Dr. Manju Mahipalan. A total of 38 participants attended the workshop.
The program was coordinated by Dr. A. Sujith (Chairperson, CHTL) and Prof. T.K. Sureshbabu (Professor, Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences).
