Inauguration of Amul Snacks Parlour at NIT Calicut
The Amul Snacks Parlour, a new addition to the campus amenities at the National Institute of Technology Calicut, was inaugurated on 16th July 2025 (Wednesday) by the Honourable Director, Prof. Prasad Krishna, at the Creative Zone.
This initiative is part of the Institute’s ongoing efforts to enhance quality of campus life by providing students, faculty, staff, and visitors with access to quality food and beverages within a vibrant and student-friendly setting.
During the inaugural event, Prof. Prasad Krishna highlighted the importance of creating inclusive and student-centric spaces on campus. He emphasized that such initiatives contribute to a more holistic campus experience by supporting both academic and recreational needs.
The event was attended by deans, faculty members, administrative staff, students, and members of the Amul team.
With the launch of the Amul Snacks Parlour, NIT Calicut takes another step toward fostering a welcoming and resourceful campus environment.
