The Official Language Unit of NIT Calicut organized a Hindi Workshop on 22 June 2026 at 3:00 PM in Gayatri Hall, Institute Guest House, NIT Calicut, on the topic “Implementation of Rajbhasha through E-Tools.”

The workshop was conducted by Shri Anil Kumar, Member Secretary, TOLIC Kozhikode and Chief Manager, State Bank of India, Calicut. He delivered an informative and insightful lecture on the effective implementation of Rajbhasha Hindi through various digital tools (e-tools) and highlighted the significant role of technology in promoting the use of Hindi in official work.

The programme commenced with a welcome and introductory address by Dr. Arun F. Adrakatti, Officer-in-Charge, Official Language Unit, NIT Calicut. During the session, participants gained practical knowledge on the use of e-tools for the effective implementation of the Official Language Policy in day-to-day administrative activities.

The workshop witnessed enthusiastic participation from members of the Official Language Implementation Committee (OLIC), PoC representatives from various departments, and non-teaching staff. Their active involvement reflected the Institute’s continued commitment towards the effective implementation and promotion of Hindi in official communication.

The programme concluded with an interactive discussion and question-answer session, and the participants found the workshop highly useful and informative.

कार्यशाला का संचालन श्री अनिल कुमार, सदस्य सचिव, नगर राजभाषा कार्यान्वयन समिति (TOLIC), कोझिकोड एवं मुख्य प्रबंधक, भारतीय स्टेट बैंक, कलिकट द्वारा किया गया। उन्होंने विभिन्न डिजिटल उपकरणों (ई-टूल्स) के माध्यम से राजभाषा हिंदी के प्रभावी कार्यान्वयन पर विस्तृत एवं ज्ञानवर्धक व्याख्यान प्रस्तुत किया तथा कार्यालयी कार्यों में हिंदी के प्रयोग को बढ़ावा देने में प्रौद्योगिकी की महत्त्वपूर्ण भूमिका पर प्रकाश डाला।

कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ डॉ. अरुण एफ. अड्रकट्टी, प्रभारी अधिकारी, राजभाषा एकक, एनआईटी कालिकटद्वारा स्वागत एवं परिचयात्मक उद्बोधन के साथ हुआ। कार्यशाला के दौरान प्रतिभागियों को दैनिक प्रशासनिक कार्यों में राजभाषा नीति के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन हेतु विभिन्न ई-टूल्स के उपयोग संबंधी व्यावहारिक जानकारी प्राप्त हुई।

इस कार्यशाला में राजभाषा कार्यान्वयन समिति (OLIC) के सदस्यों, विभिन्न विभागों के संपर्क अधिकारी (PoC) प्रतिनिधियों तथा गैर-शिक्षण कर्मचारियों ने उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया। प्रतिभागियों की सक्रिय सहभागिता ने संस्थान में राजभाषा हिंदी के प्रभावी कार्यान्वयन एवं उसके संवर्धन के प्रति संस्थान की प्रतिबद्धता को और अधिक सुदृढ़ किया।

कार्यक्रम का समापन प्रश्नोत्तरी एवं संवाद सत्र के साथ हुआ तथा सभी प्रतिभागियों ने कार्यशाला को अत्यंत उपयोगी एवं ज्ञानवर्धक बताया।
