Hindi Speech Competition Successfully Conducted at NIT Calicut
A Hindi Speech Competition was successfully organized at the National Institute of Technology Calicut on 11 May 2026 under the aegis of the Town Official Language Implementation Committee, Kozhikode. The programme was held at Gayatri Hall, Sukritam Guest House, NIT Calicut, and witnessed enthusiastic participation from various member offices under TOLIC Kozhikode.The number of participants exceeded expectations, making the event highly vibrant and competitive. The competition was conducted in two categories — Hindi-speaking and Non-Hindi-speaking. Notably, participation in the Non-Hindi-speaking category was higher than that of the Hindi-speaking category, reflecting the growing interest and enthusiasm towards the promotion of Hindi among non-Hindi-speaking participants.The programme was inaugurated by Prof. A. Shaija, Dean (P&D), NIT Calicut. Shri Anil Kumar, Member Secretary, TOLIC Kozhikode and Chief Manager, SBI Calicut, was also present during the inauguration ceremony.The competition was judged by Dr. Vinod Kumar Sharma, Dr. Abhay Kumar Chaturvedi, and Shri Nirmal Kumar Boran The judges appreciated the confidence, presentation skills, and quality of speeches delivered by the participants.Officials and staff members from various member offices also attended the programme and enjoyed the event. The participants expressed their ideas with great confidence and enthusiasm, making the programme highly engaging and inspiring.The event proved to be a successful initiative towards promoting the use of Hindi and encouraging greater participation in Official Language activities among member offices under TOLIC Kozhikode.
राष्ट्रीय प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान कालिकट में नगर राजभाषा कार्यान्वयन समिति (टोलिक), कोझिकोड के तत्वावधान में 11 मई 2026 को हिंदी भाषण प्रतियोगिता का सफल आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम का आयोजन गायत्री हॉल, सुकृतम अतिथि गृह, एनआईटी कालिकट में किया गया, जिसमें टोलिक कोझिकोड के विभिन्न सदस्य कार्यालयों से बड़ी संख्या में प्रतिभागियों ने उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया।
प्रतियोगिता में अपेक्षा से अधिक प्रतिभागियों की भागीदारी देखने को मिली, जिससे कार्यक्रम अत्यंत उत्साहपूर्ण एवं प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक बन गया। प्रतियोगिता दो श्रेणियों हिंदी भाषी एवं हिंदीतर भाषी में आयोजित की गई। विशेष रूप से हिंदीतर भाषी प्रतिभागियों की संख्या हिंदी भाषी प्रतिभागियों की तुलना में अधिक रही, जो राजभाषा हिंदी के प्रति बढ़ती रुचि और उत्साह को दर्शाता है। कार्यक्रम का उद्घाटन प्रो. ए. शैजा, अधिष्ठाता (पी एंड डी), एनआईटी कालिकट द्वारा किया गया। उद्घाटन समारोह में श्री अनिल कुमार, सदस्य सचिव, टोलिक कोझिकोड एवं मुख्य प्रबंधक, भारतीय स्टेट बैंक, कालिकट भी उपस्थित रहे। प्रतियोगिता के निर्णायक मंडल में डॉ. विनोद कुमार शर्मा, डॉ. अभय कुमार चतुर्वेदी तथा श्री निर्मल कुमार बोरण शामिल थे। निर्णायकों ने प्रतिभागियों के भाषण कौशल, प्रस्तुति शैली एवं विषयवस्तु का मूल्यांकन किया। कार्यक्रम में विभिन्न सदस्य कार्यालयों के अधिकारी एवं कर्मचारी भी उपस्थित रहे और सभी ने प्रतियोगिता का भरपूर आनंद लिया। प्रतिभागियों ने पूरे उत्साह एवं आत्मविश्वास के साथ अपने विचार प्रस्तुत किए, जिससे कार्यक्रम अत्यंत रोचक एवं प्रेरणादायक बन गया।राजभाषा हिंदी के प्रचार-प्रसार एवं कार्यालयी कार्यों में हिंदी के उपयोग को बढ़ावा देने की दिशा में यह कार्यक्रम अत्यंत सफल एवं प्रेरणादायक सिद्ध हुआ। /
