NITC received the first prize for the poster presentation held during state level IIC Regional Meet
The state level IIC Regional Meet, organized by Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell (MIC) & All India Council for Technical Education, was held at Cochin University of Science & Technology, Kochi on 16th January 2024, with the INDOVATION round table discussion, emphasizing the development of strategies and focusing on collaboration, co-creation, and cooperation mechanisms to drive the regional/state-level innovation and startup ecosystem in Higher Education Institutions.
Representing NITC, Dr. Kumaravel S., President of IIC, Convenor Dr. Nasirul Haque, and Mr. Manu participated in the event. We received the first prize for the poster presentation based on IIC activities conducted at NITC from 2022-2023, competing against various colleges across the southern region.
Additionally, Dr. Kumaravel S., as the president of IIC, was invited by MIC to deliver a lecture on Intellectual Property Rights and Technology Transfer during the same event.
