NITC students grab medals in All India Inter-NIT Sports Tournament
Students of NIT Calicut have secured commendable achievements in the All India Inter NIT Sports Tournaments held at NIT Jamshedpur and NIT Trichy. The Chess women's team secured the prestigious Runner-up trophy and the Table Tennis women's team clinched the Second Runner-up trophy at the All India Inter NIT Chess and Table Tennis tournament held at NIT Jamshedpur from February 2–4, 2024.
The Hockey Men's team lifted the Runner-up trophy at the All India Inter NIT Hockey tournament held at NIT Trichy from January 5-8, 2024. Mr. Rajdeep of the Computer Science and Engineering Department, was awarded the best player of the tournament award.
The cricket players of the institute, Mr. Punit Singh and Mr. Favas E K won the best batter and the best bowler trophy.
