Dr. Lillykutty Jacob, Former Professor in Electronics and Communication Engineering, NIT Calicut, has been awarded the Outstanding Achievement Award (Academics) 2023-24 by IEEE Communication Society Bangalore Chapter for her exceptional accomplishments and significant contributions to the field of communications technology, with a proven track record of innovation, leadership, and impact on the community.
She has several years of teaching and research experience in National Institute of Technology Calicut, Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, S. Korea, National University of Singapore, and University of South Florida. Her significant contributions to the field of Communications and Networking are through several funded research projects, PhD guidance, and publications in high impact journals and conferences.
Dr. Lillykutty Jacob, Former Dean (Faculty Welfare) and HoD ECED, has also been an active volunteer of IEEE, expert team member of NAAC and NBA, governing body member of a number of academic institutions, and editorial board member of international journals.
