1. Please send  attested copies (attested by a Govt.  Gazetted officer/ Consular official/ counter signed by a notary ) of  grade cards , consolidated grade card  and degree certificate.

  2.  A fees of Rs.500.00 for the first copy  and  Rs. 100.00 for every additional copy   may be sent.

  3. The fees can be remitted in the sbicollect portal under Payment category "Transcript Fee"
    Reference no, Amount Paid, Date of Payment to be mentioned on the application
  4. If additional copies only required, a fees of Rs.100.00  for every additional copy  need  be sent.

  5.  If the Transcripts are to be sent abroad, postal charges at the rate of Rs 1600/- is to remitted in payment category "Postal charges for out of India" in sbicollect 

  6.  The request with the mark lists and fees may be submitted to

  7. Process time:  Minimum 4 weeks after receipt of application  and fee with all attachments/hard copy. In case of mismatch in documents, the issue of transcript will be further delayed.
