1. Please send either all the original grade cards , consolidated grade card , degree certificate or attested copies (attested by a Govt.  Gazetted officer/ Consular official/ counter signed by a notary ) of the same.

  2.  A fees of Rs.500.00 for the first copy  and  Rs. 100.00 for every additional copy   may be sent.

  3. The fees can either be remitted by cash at the NIT Calicut cash counter or sent by a DD payable to The  Director, NIT Calicut drawn on  any bank in Calicut.

  4. If additional copies only required, a fees of Rs.100.00  for every additional copy  need  be sent.

  5.  If the Transcripts are to be sent abroad, postal charges may also be  sent  with the Fees (Approx. Rs.350/- or actual ). 

  6.  The request with the mark lists and fees may be submitted to

  7. Process time:  Minimum 3-4 weeks after receipt of application ( hard copies) and fee with all attachments. In case of mismatch in documents, the issue of transcript will be further delayed.
